Just around the corner from the Sail Lofts is the waterside, and a little further on at the end of the road is 'The Hard'. It may not look like it at the moment, but this road floods on spring tides - it can get quite deep when the wind is in the right direction. The 'Liable to flood' sign should be a dead giveaway - but it's surprising how many motorists ignore it!
